We Think About Reflections On The Wisdom From The Planets

Astrology isn’t a way to predict one’s fortune or future events; it’s completely about understanding karma. Karma, divided into Kriyaman (daily Karma), Sanchit (accumulated Karma) and Prarabdha (destiny according to Karma), shapes our lives. Astrology says, our actions determine our destiny, nobody or nothing can change or control it. We receive what we have given, we reap what we have sown.

The foundation of Indian culture is considered to be the Vedas. The Vedas are not just religious texts; they contain detailed descriptions of various subjects such as medicine, physics, astronomy, chemistry, and astrology, among others. In the Indian tradition, there are six Vedangas, namely Shiksha, Kalpa, Vyakarana, Jyotisha, Chandas, and Nirukta, with Jyotisha being referred to as the eye of the Vedas. Therefore, astrology holds a special place among the Vedangas. The primary objective of Vedic astrology is the calculation of time. In this regard, all the beneficial and malefic effects of the movement and position of planets, zodiac signs, and constellations in the celestial sphere are described under the principles of Siddhanta, Samhita, and Hora, which are the three components of astrology.

In Vedic astrology, the Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, and the lunar nodes Rahu and Ketu are recognized as the nine planets. Each planet, while traversing through its orbit, influences different zodiac signs and provides its effects accordingly.

Indian predictive astrology encompasses scientific principles outlined in ancient texts, where the Sun represents the soul, the Moon represents the mind, Mars represents fire, Mercury represents earth, Jupiter represents space, Venus represents water, and Saturn represents air. The structure of the human body and the creation of the universe are said to have originated from these elements. Thus, through astrology, it is possible to forecast all events that may occur in the life of an individual, and for this purpose, astrology includes the components of Samhita and Hora. Samhita covers various topics such as earthquakes, floods, droughts, epidemics, volcanic eruptions, minerals, architecture, gemology, planetary movements, and planetary wars. Under the Hora section, the influence of planetary transits on human beings is described based on the position of planets at the time of birth. Various methods of prediction such as Hora, Tajika, Samudrika, Prashna, Shakuna, Ramala, Phonology, Dream Analysis, Limbology, and Numerology are prevalent in our society.

In Vedic Astrology, analyzing planetary positions and birth charts guide individuals on their karmic journey. By aligning actions with cosmic influences, we empower them to make informed choices and navigate life with purpose. Our destiny isn’t solely predetermined; it’s influenced by our deeds. With astrology, we gain insights into our karma, helping us create a fulfilling life path guided by awareness and understanding.
